The National Indian Health Board (NIHB) is currently engaged in a strategic planning process to help guide its priorities and work in the years ahead. As a partner in Tribal health, we encourage you and your organization to participate in this important effort.
NIHB is hosting both in-person and virtual listening sessions to hear directly from Tribal leaders, health professionals, program staff, and community members. This is an opportunity to help shape the direction of NIHB’s advocacy, policy, and support to Tribes.
NIHB will be hosting one of the in-person Listening Sessions in your area on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Potawatomi Casino, from 10 AM – 12 PM.
You can learn more and register for an upcoming listening session here:
If you are unable to attend a session, you are encouraged to complete the survey here:
Please consider sharing this opportunity broadly within your networks, including Tribal leadership, health directors, staff, and community members. Broad participation will help ensure that diverse voices and priorities are reflected in NIHB’s strategic direction.
Thank you for your engagement and continued commitment to strengthening Tribal health.
